Ordering resources

To order resources please browse our online store. We aim to dispatch the majority of orders within 48 hours.

In this booklet you can find out about reducing your risk of skin cancer, when you need to protect yourself and how to be SunSmart.

Skin cancer is very common in the UK. Too much ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun or sunbeds is the main cause of skin cancer. By enjoying the sun safely, taking care not to burn and avoiding sunbeds, you can reduce your risk of developing skin cancer. Download or order leaflet

Cancer awareness leaflets

Cancer Research UK also produce a range of health awareness leaflets, including detailed leaflets on skin cancer and malignant melanoma. You can download or order these leaflets from our online store.

Skin Cancer Hub for health professionals

The South West Public Health Observatory has launched a new website to promote skin cancer prevention and early diagnosis. The website has information for health professionals and others working to reduce skin cancer in England. It includes the latest skin cancer statistics at local authority level and a database of interventions. See the Skin Cancer Hub website for details.

Royal College of Physicians melanoma resource

The Royal College of Physicians has produced guidelines for the prevention, diagnosis, referral and management of melanoma. To download or order the guidelines please visit the Royal College of Physicians website.
